Creative Media Centre – town centre location

Boardroom seating up to 12, supplied with broadband Internet access, telephone, ceiling mounted projector, whiteboard, flipchart and pens. Tea, coffee and water provided.

The Creative Media Centre is fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act and lift access is provided to all floors.

Innovation Centre

We have three meeting rooms:

our boardroom which seats 10
our conference room which seats 18 (35 theatre style)
our new IT Training Suite with 14 PCs

Spacious meeting rooms at Innovation Centre

The meeting room and board room are air conditioned and come with internet and telephone access, an overhead projector and a whiteboard.

The IT Training Suite has an interactive projector/smart board and 14 PCs with a range of software. There is also the opportunity to install other software licences for specific training applications.

A range of catering and equipment options is available for all rooms.

We are fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act and lift access is provided to all floors.

The Exchange

The Exchange is due to open in summer 2010 as part of the Enviro21 Innovation Park at Queensway South.

The Exchange will include a 75 cover restaurant and two meeting rooms with a capacity of 35 people each or 60 people combined.

The Exchange will also have an exhibition area available for temporary exhibitions as well as larger conferences.

A range of catering and equipment options will be available.

Onsite parking will be available.

Azur at Marina Pavilion

A beachside conference, exhibition and event venue with a view, from 450 table seating to 800 standing.

Full catering options available at competitive day delegate rates.

The Marina Pavilion is Disability Discrimination Act compliant with public car parking adjacent.
