Further Enviro21 Innovation Parks

We plan to develop a network of Enviro21 Innovation Parks around the A21, the proposed Link Road connecting Hastings to neighbouring Bexhill and in north west Bexhill.

North Queensway Enviro21 Park

North Queensway is adjacent to the first Enviro21 Park at South Queensway.

Earmarked for the next Enviro21 Park, it is a 4.69 ha site, including an area set aside for wildlife.

North Queensway has capacity for up to 10,000m2 (107,639 sq ft) of industrial and business space in total. It will be able to accommodate up to 12 sustainable business units or design-and-build options for companies with particular requirements.

High-powered Internet services will be available, with speeds up to 1 Gbps at competitive prices.

Priory Quarter

Priory Quarter Masterplan

Priory Quarter is a twenty-first century commercial, education and retail district being developed in the heart of Hastings town centre. We are providing a wide range of business premises - from small offices to large properties, including the potential for bespoke developments.

The overall scheme - for which we have outline planning permission - also includes retail, A3 and leisure uses.

As the One Priory Square office building has been purchased by Saga and Lacuna Place is substantially let, we are now focusing on bringing forward the next phase of the development of Priory Quarter.

In spring 2011, we drew up proposals for a further 6,000 m2 (64,500 sq ft) of offices with a ground floor cafe/restaurant unit. This scheme would replace the 1960s Queensbury House offices at the top of Havelock Road, plus some adjoining buildings, with a distinctive, contemporary landmark development facing the rail station.
