Projects - One Priory Square
We built One Priory Square on Priory Street in 2009 to provide contemporary, high-quality business premises in Hastings town centre.
Along with the Lacuna Place offices, we created this on empty land which had laid unused and overgrown for more than a decade.
Saga Insurance purchased One Priory Square in late 2010 and plans to create 800 local jobs in its new Hastings operation based there - with over 100 recruited already.
Reasons For Development
One Priory Square provides high quality space for employees to work. We developed it to attract good employers to the town and so generate jobs.
More people working here will also make this part of the town more lively, supporting the surrounding shops, cafes and restaurants. The buildings will dramatically improve the two streets, which should encourage more private companies to invest.
