The Innovation Centre, in Highfield Drive on the Churchfields estate in St Leonards, is a modern business development of 71 offices and workshops. It provides much-needed serviced, flexible space for small to medium technology and professional services firms. It is designed for companies working in or moving to the area - including those that outgrow the Creative Media Centre.

Reasons For Development
We created the Centre to help local companies expand and attract new employers, helping to create jobs. It also offers meeting rooms for hire and runs training sessions for local businesses.
Further Information
Having opened the Innovation Centre in July 2006, it is already occupied by an interesting mix of companies in film production, telecoms, financial services, specialist components and software - plus national charity Royal Mencap Society.
The Centre provides the most up-to-date office environment including energy-saving lighting, natural ventilation and full disability access. The building includes sustainable local sweet chestnut wood and the grounds are being managed to preserve the natural wildlife habitat.
