Projects - One Priory Square
One Priory Square has been built on Priory Street to provide contemporary, high-quality business premises in Hastings town centre. It links with the Lacuna Place office development on Havelock Road, which opened in September 2008.
Both buildings have used an empty space of land between buildings which had been unused and overgrown for more than a decade.
Reasons For Development
One Priory Square will provide space for employees to work.
The scheme will enable local firms to expand and will help attract companies to the area, creating jobs.
More people working here will also make this part of the town more lively, supporting shops, cafes and restaurants. The buildings will dramatically improve the two streets, which should encourage private companies to invest.
